Deciding to start training with Paige was one of the best decisions I've made. It's been a goal of mine to lose weight for years. I was frustrated and confused on how to achieve my goals, I didn't know where to start. Paige made things so simple and easy. The food in my nutrition plan were foods that I actually enjoyed and ate already in my everyday life. The workout plans were perfect for me. They weren't to extreme but just extreme enough that I would be drenched in sweat after my workout. I starting gaining confidence going to the gym, because I knew what I was doing and I had a plan. Paige was there every step of the way supporting me, and answered any questions or concern I had. In only 8 weeks I lost 13lbs!!! I've never been so confident in myself and proud. I had thought about joining Paige’s team for quite some time before I finally contacted her, and my only regret is not doing it sooner! I was at my heaviest weight, unhappy, and lacked confidence. Before deciding to train with Paige I was stuck in a cycle of poor eating habits and lack of knowledge on what a good workout schedule looked like. Paige is awesome to work with because she offers consistent support, is genuinely excited for each of her clients and listens to your individual needs when it comes to food and exercise. The workouts were based around my current fitness level that still challenged me and left me covered in sweat once I was done. Most importantly though she made the whole experience fun, I never felt forced to do anything or deprived of any food groups. If I had a bad day and I made myself a comfort meal and had a glass of wine instead of going to the gym? She didn’t make me feel guilty for that. She encourages everyone to do the best they can that day but to also recognize that looks different each day. I never felt like I was trapped in a diet or that I wasn’t allowed to have the occasional snack. Paige helped me jump start the lifestyle change that I was hoping to achieve for a long time. I did an online training program with Paige for four months. Prior to that, I had expressed interest in the gym, but had no clue what I was doing, and no idea where to start. I was well into my second year of university, gaining more and more weight each month, and was ready to make a change in my life. Paige got me on track with a solid workout plan and was a constant support figure. She was determined to keeping me on track, and through her determination I found my own. She encouraged me to better myself, and she was there for me when any questions or concerns came to mind. The workout plan she designed for me was effective, and showed results quickly. I gained strength, lost fat and have never felt more confident than I do now. Although I am not currently training with Paige, she has continued to support me as I continue with my fitness journey. 275 days ago I was 213lbs with a body fat of 27%! At that time I made the conscious decision to improve my health and wellness via a combination of diet and exercise. Paige has consulted me on a healthy balanced diet focusing on macro nutrients. She has also developed my weight training program, appropriate to my age, which is helping me gain definition, mass and strength. Yes, Paige is my Daughter, but I think the results to date speak for themselves.
I always heard fabulous things about Paige from some of her family members, so when she announced that she was taking new online customers, I jumped right in. Being set up with a workout plan, nutrition, and a crazy cool app, I was ready to start my journey! Paige made everything do-able. Food was fun to eat, and my workouts challenged me, but they were fun. The closer I followed the plans, the more I noticed results.
Paige was incredible at being a support system for me. When I was feeling down on myself, or couldn’t find the time to get a workout in, Paige was there to help me get through it!
