Online Exercise Programming is a great package for anyone who is new to the gym, needing at home workouts, or wanting to change up their current training regime. All programs are customized to suit your schedule, needs, likes and dislikes.
Programs are given to you through my app. Your workout schedule, exercise tutorial videos, progress pictures, and direct messages with me are kept on the app. Everything you need in one place. With this package you will have 24/7 contact with me for any questions you have. I want to help you, motivate you and keep you accountable.
This program is 2 months long with a program change every 4 weeks. Exercise programs should be changed every 4-6 weeks to keep it interesting as well as keep your body growing.

This program can apply to anyone. Followed by questionnaire (where I can learn more about you and your eating habits) I will develop a nutrition program that caters to you. I provide meal plans with set foods, as well as all the alternate foods to provide variety in the foods you eat, and macronutrient ratio's to "count your macro's". I teach you about your nutrition and guide you through the steps to building healthy habits. When clients are done this program I want them to be able to say they left with knowledge on nutrition and fuelling your body right. As well as balancing clean foods, with enjoying the foods you love.

This package is called the transformation package for a reason. It is meant to transform your life, your habits, and your body! Once again this program totally caters to you and your current lifestyle, and schedule. After filling out a couple questionnaires I can build YOU a program. No one's program will be the same. When nutrition and exercise are paired properly, they create amazing results. This package is for someone who wants to create healthy and confident lives. Your program changes monthly, or sooner based on progress. During this program you are trained through my Trainerize, where all your scheduled workouts, exercise tutorial videos, check in's and direct messages with me are kept. You will have 24/7 access to me for questions or conversation. I am here to help, give you accountability and most importantly, teach you.

This package is for those who are unsure about online coaching. How does online training work? Can I see benefits from it? It is to give people a look at how run online coaching and interact with clients through my app. You will be given a login on my app Trainerize. You will receive your customized training program (with video tutorials for each exercise). We can work with your space, equipment available and your life schedule. Your customized meal plan will be on there as well, and direct messaging with me. You will be able to contact me at any time with direct messaging. In four weeks you can make changes to your daily habits, see progress and feel better. Want to see what online coaching is about, but not quite ready to commit. This is the package for you.

This package is simply to provide students with nutritional guidance and customized exercise programming that I think is so important during their years as a student. Training and nutrition is key during this time, increased energy, alertness and health is crucial. This package includes customized training which will be scheduled in my Trainerize app. They will also receive a customized meal program. I upgrade/change their program each month based on progress and adherence to the program. Together we will find a training regime suitable to your schedule, and equipment available. As well as a nutrition program that is convenient and flexible.
