I wish I could shake some sense into my younger self, focused on more important things, and had the confidence I have now. I have some tips. Start realizing your negative self talk. It hinders your progress. 

Quality > Quantity

Quality > Quantity

Despite what people believe, working out 6 days a week for 3 hours a day does more harm then good. Quality over quantity.
